Satriadi also revealed the high death toll of members in the last two years. Throughout 2025, 35 members died, while in 2024 the number reached 42 people. He emphasized that the high number was due to the heavy working conditions and limited infrastructure.
The limited number of personnel also exacerbated the situation. In one neighborhood, the number of Satpol PP members is not ideal, so they have to work for long periods, even up to 36 hours.
"There are Satpol PP members who work up to 36 hours. Because the Satpol PP members in each village only number around 7-10 people. Well, why do we do 36 hours? Because the workload with the number of personnel is not proportional," said Satriadi.
