Kuli Building Abused Underage for 4 Months in the Jakut Mayor Complex

JAKARTA - A minor boy became a victim of sexual abuse by a project worker or construction worker at the Mayor's Complex, Cilincing, North Jakarta.

The victim is known as APC. The victim lives not far from the house of the perpetrator with the initials M. Meanwhile, the perpetrator carried out his actions inside the house he left.

Head of the PPA and PPO of the North Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Ni Luh Arsini said that the perpetrator was successfully secured by his party after the reporter made a police report at the North Jakarta Metro Police.

"The evidence seized was one pair of jeans, a pink T-shirt with a Hello Kitty picture and one pair of white underwear," said Kompol Ni Luh, Thursday, April 16, 2026.

Currently, the perpetrator with the initials M is already languishing in the North Jakarta Metro Police detention cell.

"The perpetrator has been named a suspect and has been detained at the Jakut Police detention center," he said.

The perpetrator's despicable act was committed against the victim many times.

"The incident started when the victim passed by the suspect's house. Then the suspect called the victim 'here, here'," he said.

Hearing the suspect's invitation, continued Kompol Ni Luh, the victim approached him. The suspect also took the victim's hand and took him into the warung to carry out the action.

The suspect is said to have given money to the victim as hush money, so that no one would know. He did this for months, since the beginning of 2026.

"The suspect gave the victim Rp5 thousand. The obscene act was committed by the suspect from January to April 2026," he said.

For his actions, the suspect M was charged with Article 473 paragraph (2) letter b of the Criminal Code and or Article 415 letter b of the Criminal Code regarding the crime of rape of children and or obscene acts.
