Bareskrim Polri arrests Director of N Co Living Bali related to drug trafficking

JAKARTA - The Directorate of Narcotics Crime (Dittipidnarkoba) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police officially arrested the Director of N Co Living Bali with the initials R. This arrest is an expansion of the case of alleged narcotics distribution that occurred at the nightclub.

Director of Narcotics Crime at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Brig. Gen. Pol. Eko Hadi Santoso, confirmed that suspect R was arrested in Jakarta on Monday, April 6, 2026. This arrest began with the discovery of a drug trafficking network at the N Co Living Bali nightclub by Subdit IV and Satgas NIC Bareskrim Polri.

Before arresting the director, the police had first secured three other suspects. They are dealers with the initials NGR, operational manager with the initials SW, and a club captain with the initials BCA who acts as a liaison between dealers and visitors.

"From the results of the interrogation and examination of the perpetrators who have been secured, information was obtained that the Director of N Co Living, namely R, allowed the circulation of drugs in nightclubs," said Eko Hadi Santoso in a written statement, Thursday, April 9.

The results of the investigation revealed a malicious agreement between the club's management. The suspect R as the director was suspected of deliberately cooperating with the operations manager and dealers to distribute drugs inside the club. The goal is to attract visitors and increase N Co Living Bali's revenue.

The practice of circulating illegal goods at the nightclub is suspected to have lasted quite a long time, namely since 2025. Currently, suspect R has been taken to the Bareskrim Polri headquarters to undergo an intensive examination. "The follow-up plan is to develop the involvement of other perpetrators," concluded Eko.
