BANDUNG - The Bandung District Court encourages mediation in a civil lawsuit filed by Nizar Sungkar against the General Chairman (Ketum) of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) Anindya Bakrie and other parties in the West Java Kadin dispute.
