The Tanah Laut Police Chief, AKBP Ricky Boy Siallagan in Pelaihari, Tala Regency, Wednesday, said that the disclosure of the case was not only oriented on the number of cases, but also the social impact that was successfully prevented.
"This disclosure is not just a number, but a real form of saving people from the dangers of narcotics," he said.
He explained, during the period from February 1 to March 7, 2026, the Tanah Laut Police Narcotics Unit managed to uncover 14 cases with a total of 20 suspects.
Of these, 13 cases were handled by the Tanah Laut Police and one case by the Kintap Police, with the composition of the suspects consisting of 19 men and one woman.
