Jakarta - Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa revealed his efforts to continue to reduce the deficit and control the budget, related to the impact of the conflict in the Middle East which is getting hotter.

This was conveyed by Purbaya at the Presidential Palace Complex, Jakarta, Wednesday, March 3. As previously reported, the war between Iran and Israel, which is assisted by the United States, is expanding.

One of the impacts is the closure of the Strait of Hormuz as an oil trade route. This will certainly have an impact on the energy subsidy budget.
