JAKARTA - The West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati NTB) is still completing the series of seizures from the corruption case for the procurement of land for the construction of the MXGP Circuit in the Samota area, Sumbawa.

Regarding the existence of three investigation files that emerged in the 2022-2023 land procurement corruption case, he emphasized that the position of the file that will soon be brought to trial is related to the main case which has named three people as suspects.

"Yes, there are three sprindik (investigation orders), but who wants to enter this (court), for the main case first, other sprindik, it will still be developed," he said.

NTB Prosecutor's Spokesperson Harun Al Rasyid previously said that he was new in this case related to alleged money laundering (TPPU) and gratification.

He explained that the sprindik regarding TPPU was related to Subhan's position, the suspect in the main case of land procurement, as Head of the BPN Sumbawa Office for the period 2022-2023 and Head of the BPN Lombok Tengah Office for the period 2023-2025.
