No Interest, No Delay, Mataram City Government of NTB is Waiting for the Minister of Finance's Regulation to Complete the ASN THR

Mataram - The Mataram City Government (Pemkot) in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province has ensured that it will pay the Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah holiday allowance (THR) for state civil servants (ASN) after receiving the Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Regulation.

"After there is a Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK), THR or the 13th salary, we will definitely pay according to the central government's provisions," said the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Mataram City, H. Lalu Alwan Basri in Mataram, Thursday, quoted by Antara.

This was conveyed in response to a statement from the Minister of Finance, Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, who said that the THR for ASN, including TNI- Polri, would be disbursed starting from the first week of Ramadan. If fasting begins on February 19, 2026, distribution begins on February 26, 2026.

Regarding this, the Secretary of the Regional District is waiting for the implementation instructions (juklak) in the form of a PMK to determine the amount of disbursement, whether 100 percent or there are other policies.

However, the administrative process and the creation of a letter of responsibility (SPJ) are expected to be carried out early by all regional device organizations (OPD) so that the disbursement can be carried out in a timely manner before the Lebaran homecoming.

"Regarding the allocation of the budget, the city government has prepared according to the needs for ASN and Government Employees with Full-time Work Agreements (PPPK)," he said.

Meanwhile, regarding the part-time PPPK, the Secretary of the Regional District said that if there were instructions and instructions for paying THR for part-time PPPK, the Mataram City Government also stated that it was ready.

"We are ready to make a budget shift if there is an instruction from the central government for the provision of part-time PPPK THR," he said.

However, until now, there has been no order for the policy of giving THR for part-time PPPK.

While referring to the amount of THR, the Secretary of the Regional District is also still waiting for confirmation whether it will be the same as in previous years, namely 100 percent or there are changes in regulations.

"The ASN THR is given in full one salary, without any deductions for ASN payment obligations such as salaries in other months," he said.

In addition to receiving THR, ASN will also receive an additional 13th employee income (TPP). So, if all of these come out at the same time before Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah, ASN will receive the March salary and TPP, as well as the 13th salary or THR, and the 13th TPP.

"So, at least there are four types of income that ASN will receive in March. For the amount of the budget, it is in the Regional Finance Agency (BKD)," he said.
