"Of the total 201 refugees, there are 19 elderly and 37 infants and children who are the main concern," he said.

They are accommodated with the head of the household, the housewife, and other adult residents with limited conditions.

Sarmudi said the safety of residents was the top priority and currently we are continuing to conduct data collection, monitoring conditions at the evacuation site.

"We are also coordinating with relevant parties so that assistance can be immediately distributed according to needs," he said.

According to him, the urgent needs currently needed include adult and toddler diapers, blankets, milk for children, perlak, biscuits, as well as hygiene and health supplies such as soap and eucalyptus oil.

"We hope for support from various parties so that the needs of refugees, especially the elderly and children, can be met immediately," he said.
