JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) examined the Chairman of the West Java PDIP DPD (West Java) Ono Surono today, January 15. Ade Kuswara and H.M Kunang as the recipients of bribes are suspected of violating Article 12 a or Article 11 and Article 12B of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor) in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1-1 of the Criminal Code and Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b or Article 13 of the Tipikor Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) -1 of the Criminal Code.
Meanwhile, Sarjan as the party who gave the bribe was suspected of violating Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b or Article 13 of the Corruption Law.
