JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung has reorganized the Supervisory Board (Dewas) structure of Perumda Dharma Jaya. One of the names is Raja Sapta Ervian, who was appointed by Pramono as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Perumda Dharma Jaya.

Raja Sapta Ervian is the former Chairman of the DKI Jakarta KONI for the period 2015-2027. He is also the son of the Chairman of the Hanura Party, Oesman Sapta Odang. It is known that Hanura is a party that supports Pramono Anung-Rano Karno in the 2024 Pilkada besides PDIP as the carrying party.

Through a statement on the Instagram account, the management of Perumda Dharma Jaya conveyed the hope that the new ranks could carry out the mandate well and bring the company to face various challenges in the future, especially in supporting food security and the development of Jakarta.

"Hopefully, the new trust will always provide success and health in carrying out every task and responsibility," wrote the management of Perumda Dharma Jaya, quoted Thursday, January 8.

In addition to Raja Sapta Ervian, two other names also joined the Supervisory Board. Ita Rahmawati was trusted as the Secretary of the Supervisory Board, while Husny Mubarok Amir served as a Member of the Supervisory Board since 2023.

Management emphasized the importance of solid collaboration between the Supervisory Board, the Board of Directors, and all employees to maintain the company's performance going forward.

"Let's build a strong and solid synergy to face various company challenges in the future, in order to contribute positively to food security and the progress of Jakarta," he said.

The three new officials of the animal food industry BUMD replaced the three previous Supervisory Board members, namely Yossi Hariyoso as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Nabil Jaidi as Secretary of the Supervisory Board, and M. Mawardi as Member of the Supervisory Board.

"Thank you for your supervision, integrity, and real contribution in overseeing corporate governance for the progress of Perumda Dharma Jaya," wrote Dharma Jaya's statement.

"Hopefully all the dedication given will be a brilliant record of achievement. Congratulations on moving on to the next assignment, may you all be healthy and successful," he continued.
