Elina's grandmother reports alleged forgery of house letter to East Java Police

SURABAYA - Grandmother Elina Widjajanti (80) again reported Samuel Ardi Kristianto and his friends to the East Java Police. The report, which was submitted on Tuesday, January 6, was related to the alleged forgery of a letter or authentic deed of his house on Jalan Dukuh Kuwukan 27, Sambikerep District, Surabaya by Samuel.

Elina's lawyer, Wellem Mintarja, said there were about five people reported by his client, including Samuel Ardi Kristanto, the man who carried out the eviction and demolition of Elina's house.

The report submitted was received by the East Java Regional Police with the report number: LP/B/18/1/2026/SPKT/Polda East Java dated January 6, 2026.

"We report alleged forgery of letters. There are several that we have reported. Documents regarding land objects in Kuwukan that are flat with the ground. There are five of them, but there are likely to be several. Because it adds more from the parties involved. Because it also serves, we put it here," said Wellem.

Wellem said the house or land occupied by Nenek Elina had never been sold to anyone. However, the evidence obtained by Wellem in the form of a Letter C letter suddenly changed to the name of another person.

"Initially, it was in the name of Bu Elisa Irawati. Well, the land certificate, the basis of it is from the deed of sale, the basis of the erasure. Well, the deed of sale is in position 2025. While the deed of sale is based on the power of attorney for sale in 2014," he said.

"Meanwhile, Ms. Elisa (who bequeathed the house to Elina) herself died in 2017. People who die can buy and sell, it's not possible," he continued.

Wellem said in the report that his party brought a number of documentary evidence including a letter from the heirs.

"Here we bring, of course, the heir's deed. Then the copy, and the C quote," he said.

On this basis, Elina's grandmother reported Samuel and others on suspicion of the crime of forgery of letters and/or forgery of authentic deeds and/or false statements in authentic deeds of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code as referred to in Article 391 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 392 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 394 of the Criminal Code.

Previously, Samuel Ardi et al. had been named suspects and detained by Subdit IV Renakta Ditreskrimum Polda Jatim and were suspected of violating Article 170 of the Criminal Code regarding extortion and jointly committing violence against people and goods, with a threat of imprisonment of 5 years.

The determination of the suspect was based on a report from Elina's grandmother who was a victim of persecution, expulsion, and forced demolition of her house on Jalan Dukuh Kuwukan 27, Sambikerep District, Surabaya by Samuel and members of the Madas mass organization.
