Ratas in Hambalang, Prabowo Discusses Haji Village to Sumatra Floods

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto received a number of Red and White cabinet ministers in a meeting held at his private residence in Hambalang, Bogor, on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. The meeting discussed a number of national strategic agendas that are of concern to the government.

Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya in his written statement said that one of the agendas discussed was the development of the Haji Village which had been agreed upon by the Saudi Government.

"For the first time in history, the Indonesian Hajj will have its own place during the Hajj," said the Secretary of the Cabinet, Teddy, in a written statement.

In addition, the meeting also discussed the availability and distribution of LPG and fuel supplies in the three affected provinces in Sumatra. According to the Seskab, the government also ensured the readiness of national energy supplies during the Christmas and New Year period throughout Indonesia so that people's needs are still met.

The Presidential Secretariat also explained that another strategic agenda discussed in the meeting was the recovery of the situation in three provinces in Sumatra. In this case, President Prabowo gave directions so that the recovery process could run quickly and be coordinated.

"The President has instructed SOEs and the PU Ministry to complete the construction of temporary housing as quickly as possible in line with the construction of permanent housing for affected residents," wrote the Seskab Teddy.

The meeting in Hambalang shows President Prabowo's active leadership, responsive, and focused on concrete solutions ranging from worship services for the people, national energy security, to the recovery of disaster-affected areas for the welfare of the people.
