The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Karawang Regency urged Regent Aep Syaepuloh to immediately intervene to resolve the polemic of "kadeudeuh" (tali asih) money that had not been paid to 1,191 retired Civil Servants (PNS) by the management of the Indonesian Civil Servant Corps (Korpri) Karawang.
Chairman of Commission I of the Karawang DPRD, Saepudin Juhri, emphasized that the Regent as the Board of Trustees of Korpri Karawang must be responsible for this internal problem.
