JAKARTA - The Commander of TNI Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto ordered TNI soldiers to coordinate with the National Police, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Health and others to carry out the sealing and isolation of indonesians and foreigners who come from abroad.

The TNI commander said that while chairing the Evaluation Meeting on the Implementation of Micro-Scale Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), at The Persada Lanud Halim Perdanakusuma Building, East Jakarta, Tuesday.

 

The sealing and isolation is carried out at the arrival points, especially Dumai and Cilacap.

"I order the TNI ranks to coordinate with the National Police and related side agencies, especially the Ministry of Transportation and Ministry of Health, to carry out the sealing and isolation of indonesians and foreigners coming from abroad at foreign arrival points, especially in Dumai and Cilacap," said the TNI Commander.

In addition, the Commander of the TNI also asked all his ranks to change the strategy in the disciplinary of health protocols.

It was done considering the level of community compliance throughout the region in implementing 3 M is still not optimal.

According to Hadi, during this time maybe the community felt only as an object, being the target of disciplinary operations.

 

"We change the communication strategy and approach so that the community becomes the subject, feel disciplined health protocol as an individual need," he said.

He also hopes that 3M compliance data in each Province to be published to the media. The tipping point is that highly compliant areas such as Bali should be an example for other areas.
