Having Not Received Cak Imin's Letter, Minister LH Agrees On Nasuhah's Repentance After The Sumatra Disaster

JAKARTA - The Minister of Environment (LH), Hanif Faisol Nurofiq admitted that he had not received a letter from the Coordinating Minister for Community Empowerment, Muhaimin Iskandar alias Cak Imin regarding the invitation to carry out health care after the flood and landslide disaster that occurred in Aceh, North Sumatra and West Sumatra.

However, Hanif agreed that the government needed to carry out health care in response to the Sumatra disaster which had claimed up to 753 lives.

"Oh, until today I have not received his letter. But I support what he is directed for," said Hanif at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday, December 3.

Previously, the Coordinating Minister for Community Empowerment Cak Imin invited three ministers to repent after the disaster occurred in Sumatra. Namely, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, Minister of Forestry Raja Juli Antoni, and Minister of Environment (LHK) Hanif Faisol Nurofiq.

Cak Imin invites them to repent and realize that the ministry's work is not perfect. The invitation was conveyed by Cak Imin at the 'School Principal's Workhop for the Go Global Vocational School Program' in Bandung, Monday, December 1.

Cak Imin assessed that nasuha's condolences were an effort to deeply regret and improve the government's work. He also admitted that he had sent a letter to the three ministers.

"Today I am sending a letter, the Minister of Forestry, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Minister of Environment, to jointly evaluate the total of our policies, policies, and steps. As a form of our commitment and seriousness as government.
