JAKARTA - Minister of Basic and Secondary Education (Mendikdasmen) Abdul Mu'ti explained the results of monitoring the implementation of the Academic Ability Test (TKA) which found various forms of violations, ranging from live streaming activities during the work on questions to the practice of selling test material.
Mu'ti explained the findings in the Commission X Working Meeting of the DPR RI with the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education which was broadcast online via YouTube in Central Jakarta, today.
"This year's implementation is also inseparable from the violations committed, both by test participants and supervisors or technicians," said Mu'ti, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, November 26.
In this presentation, the Ministry of Education and Culture found 4 cases of using gadgets, 8 live streaming cases during work, and 3 cases of selling activities related to foreign workers.
In addition, there have been a number of violations related to leaking questions through social media, namely 11 cases of leaking businesses through TikTok, 28 cases through WhatsApp Group, and 1 case through platform X.
Mu'ti emphasized that all violations were carried out by foreign workers.
"For this reason, the Ministry of Education and Culture will take firm action and do not tolerate fraudulent practices. We will impose sanctions according to the violation," he said.
He emphasized the importance of maintaining integrity and justice in the implementation of foreign workers. "We will take firm action against any form of violation as small as possible," said Mu'ti.
Mu'ti hopes that the results of this year's monitoring and evaluation can improve the implementation of the next TKA.
