"Meanwhile, if I argue that what is already there is carried out first and if there are shortcomings, we can fix it. Both with amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code itself and through judicial reviews to the Constitutional Court," he said.

"Unless it explicitly states that further provisions must be regulated by Government Regulations, it may be delayed in implementation," he said.
