The Death Session Of Prada Lucky Namo, Danki Ahmad Faisal Akui Mencambuk First

JAKARTA - Company Commander (Danki) A Infantry Battalion (Yonif) Development Territorial (TP) 834/Wakanga Mere First Lieutenant Inf Ahmad Faisal admitted that Prada Lucky Namo was then followed by other soldiers who ended up dying in hospital.

The Military Oditur first questioned the defendant, who is Prada Lucky's direct supervisor at Company A Battalion TP 834/Wakanga Mere.

Oditur asked a lot about the whereabouts of the defendant when Prada Lucky experienced violence by his senior on July 28, 2025, and the defendant admitted that he was at the scene of the persecution.

In fact, the defendant first kicked him until he was followed by his subordinates who were senior victims, using a blue hose.

When the defendant greeted the victim who was a TNI AD soldier who had recently served, he was told to creep and then direct his buttocks and back four times.

The Military Oditur then concluded that Danki A's actions against his subordinates, who had the lowest rank in the military world in Indonesia, motivated other soldiers to participate in molesting Prada Lucky, either using tools (selang) or empty-handed.

"You saw your subordinates commit acts of violence, you have the ability, the authority to prevent it. Why not use that authority?", asked the defendant's Military Oditur, and only answered, ready to admit the mistake.

The Panel of Judges also questioned the defendant regarding the duties and authority of a company commander in fostering his subordinates, and it was admitted that the defendant for the senior violence against the juniors was clearly known, although it did not prevent the victim's death.

The follow-up trial for the defendant Lettu Ahmad Faisal with the agenda of reading the charges is scheduled to be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 10.00 WITA.

The case of alleged serious abuse that resulted in the death of Prada Lucky Namo involved 22 defendants who were packaged in three Investigation Reports (BAP), namely BAP a defendant (Danki A), BAP 17 defendants, and BAP four defendants.

The follow-up trial with the agenda of examining 17 defendants will be held on Tuesday, November 25, and the examination trial of 4 defendants is scheduled for Wednesday, November 26.

After the trial, the defendant's examination will continue with a trial reading the demands for 17 defendants and 4 defendants, but the schedule is very dependent on the situation of the trial.

Prada Lucky was persecuted by his senior at the 934/Wakanga Mere Development Territorial Battalion in Nagekeo Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). He was treated at the puskesmas and then referred to the hospital until he breathed his last on August 6, 2025.

Meanwhile, the pattern of hard coaching that resulted in the death toll was said to be related to allegations of sexual deviation (LGBT) involving Prada Lucky and Prada Richard, but has not yet been supported by authentic evidence.
