JAKARTA - Puspoll Indonesia survey recorded the electability of Ketum Gerindra Prabowo Subianto is still moncer. Seeing this condition, Gerindra Party made sure to ask Prabowo to run in the 2024 Presidential Election.

"We Gerindra cadres are still unanimous to ask Mr. Prabowo to run again (in the 2024 Presidential Election)," said Party Vice Chairman Gerindra Sugiono in 'Release of Puspoll Indonesia Survey: Measuring the Chances of Capres 2024 and the Axis Challenge of the Islamic Party', Jakarta, Sunday, May 23.

According to Sugiono, cadres wanted Prabowo back in the presidential contest. However, the decision will be discussed further with Prabowo.

Sugiono welcomed the results of the survey released by Puspoll Indonesia. The results of the poll will be the party's record in addressing the political situation in the future.

"So Mr. Prabowo is not only loved by the younger generation, but will be the one who represents all elements of society," sugiono said.

Puspoll Indonesia survey recorded Prabowo ranked first in the level of appropriateness to be a presidential candidate (capres) with an acquisition of 66.2 percent. The data was based on a simulation of 22 names of potential candidates running in the 2024 presidential election.

Prabowo's popularity also diluted 93.8 percent and acceptability rate of 79.9 percent. The Electability of the Minister of Defense also ranked first at 20.9 percent.

The acquisition put Prabowo above the wind. Prabowo defeated a number of other popular names such as Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan and Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo

The survey used a multistage random sampling method targeting 1,600 respondents. The minimum age of respondents is 17 years old or already eligible voters.

The survey data collection process was conducted 20-29 April 2021 through face-to-face interviews using structured interviews. The survey had a fault tolerance of approximately 2.45 percent at a confidence level of 95 percent.
