ART Abducts Children Of TNI Soldiers, The Reason To Be Given To Brothers

JAKARTA - Police officially designated a domestic assistant (ART) with the initials S who brought the escaped 9-month-old TNI soldier's son as a suspect. Currently, he is languishing behind bars in the East Jakarta Metro Police.

"It has been detained," East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kompol Indra Tarigan told VOI on Saturday, May 22.

The existence of this ART, indra continued, is known after his party searched for various information related to his back. Until finally, he and the son of the TNI soldiers were secured in Indramayu, West Java, on Friday, May 21.

In addition, the police are still checking S to find out the reason behind his reckless actions. However, a temporary examination of the suspect took the TNI soldier's son away because he wanted to be given to his brother.

"The suspect wants to give to his brother who does not have children," he said.

For his actions, S is suspected by Article 328 of the Criminal Code. Thus, it is threatened with a maximum prison sentence of 12 years.

For information, news of the kidnapping was previously circulated on social media. The victim's parents named Rifda uploaded information that said her 9-month-old son was taken away by ART from his residence in Cililitan, East Jakarta.
