Chased By Police, 6 Migrants Died In Accident In Bulgarian Burgas

Six migrants were killed and four injured after the car they were traveling in had an accident while chasing police near the town of Burgas in the Black Sea.

Reported by Reuters, the Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) reported the Romanian registered Skolda car carrying 10 people while continuing to advance while passing through inspection. The car. it then avoided arrests, Border Police Chief Anton Zlatanov told broadcaster bTV.

The six people died at the scene, while the Romanian driver and three migrants who survived received first aid. The survivors are thought to have come from Afghanistan.
