JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto received credentials from 12 extraordinary and fully powerful ambassadors (LBBP) from friendly countries.

The handover of the credentials was carried out in the Kredential Room, Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Friday, November 7 afternoon.

The procession of the handover of credentials began by playing the national anthem of each friendly country after the ambassador arrived at the Merdeka Palace.

The 12 ambassadors of friendly countries received by President Prabowo are:

1. Barbara Szymanowska, Ambassador of the LBBP Designate Resident of the Republic of Poland to the Republic of Indonesia;

2. Khalid Jassim Alyassin, Ambassador of LBBP Designate Resident of the State of Kuwait to the Republic of Indonesia;

3. Gladys Kamia Isianua, Ambassador of LBBP Designate Solomon Islands for the Republic of Indonesia;

4. Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri, Ambassador of the LBBP Designate Resident of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Republic of Indonesia;

5. Sharon Ann Lennon, Ambassador of LBBP Designate Resident Republic of Ireland for the Republic of Indonesia and Spouse;

6. Tornike Nozadze, Ambassador of the LBBP Designate Resident Georgia to the Republic of Indonesia;

7. Bernardo de Sicard Escod, Ambassador of LBBP Designate Resident of the Kingdom of Spain to the Republic of Indonesia;

8. Salem Ahmed Balfakeeh, LBBP Ambassador Designate of the Republic of Yemen for the Republic of Indonesia;

9. Francisco de la Torre Galindo, Ambassador of the LBBP Designate Resident of the United States of Mexico for the Republic of Indonesia and Spouse;

10. Ralf Beste, Ambassador of the LBBP Designate of the German Federal Republic to the Republic of Indonesia;

11. Muhammetyyas Mashalov, Ambassador of the LBBP Designate Non-Resident Republic of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Indonesia.

12. Patrick Hemmer, LBBP Ambassador Designate Non-Resident Keharyapatihan Luxembourg for the Republic of Indonesia.

The ambassadors arrived in succession starting at 12.45 WIB. They were greeted with honorary troops from members of the Presidential Security Forces (Paspampres).

They one by one enter the credential room of the Merdeka Palace to be accepted by President Prabowo Subianto.

The handover of the credentials marked the start of the ambassador's official assignment in Indonesia.

The event also accompanied President Prabowo Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, and Head of the Government Communication Agency Angga Raka Prabowo.
