JAKARTA - The Golkar faction of the DPR RI will follow up on the decision of the Honorary Council (MKD) of the DPR RI which reactivated Adies Kadir as a member of the DPR RI. With this MKD decision, Muhammad Sarmuji said, automatically Adies Kadir will also be active again as Deputy Speaker of the DPR.
"Thus, according to the rules, we are ready to follow up on the MKD decision. We will follow up according to the rules," said Sarmuji, a journalist class, Friday, November 7.

According to Sarmuji, the MKD decision will certainly be welcomed by the Adies constituent community in their constituency.
"This may also be warmly welcomed by Mr. Adies' constituent because it seems that the MKD's decision also answers Mr. Adies' constituent's wish for Mr. Adies to be reactivated," he said.
Sarmuji also responded to the DPR MKD's notes against Adies to act carefully in submitting statements to the public regarding data or information that is technical in nature. According to him, Adies' mistake is understandable.
"Yes, indeed sometimes, if it is stopped by journalists, what are we thinking, suddenly journalists raise questions that are beyond our minds, so sometimes there is a possibility that whoever it is will have a slip of the tongue. So I heard that the MKD decision has taken this into account," he said.

The five inactive DPR members who were tried were Adies Kadir, Nafa Urbach, Surya Utama, Eko Hendro Purnomo, and Ahmad Sahroni.
"Stating that Defendant I Adies Kadir has not been proven to have violated the code of ethics," said Deputy Chairman of the DPR MKD Adang Daradjatun reading the verdict.
Adang Daradjatun asked Adies to be more careful in conveying information. MKD also stated that Adies could be active again since the verdict was read.
