BTN Becomes The Front To Help People Live In Dream Houses In One Year Prabowo's Government

JAKARTA - BTN shows its work as the government's main partner in realizing national housing financing in one year of President Prabowo Subianto's administration and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

BTN is at the forefront of supporting the government's vision of making home ownership worthy and affordable as part of equitable national economy.

As of the end of September 2025, BTN has distributed KPR Sejahtera FLPP of IDR 186.58 trillion, up 8.0 percent on an annual basis (year-on-year/yoy) compared to the same period last year of IDR 172.76 trillion.

This means that BTN has disbursed around Rp. 13.82 trillion so that people can have subsidized houses in the last year or a period that is not much different from one year of President Prabowo's administration.

In addition, as a form of commitment to the Three Million Houses program, President Prabowo's administration in June 2025 decided to increase the FLPP mortgage quota from 220,000 to 350,000 nationally for 2025. Of the total national, BTN is believed to distribute 220,000 units and remain the largest distribution of subsidized mortgages with a market share of around 62 percent.

"With a quota of 220,000 units for BTN, it means that BTN will only collect 220,000 houses this year. If divided by the number of working days, every day BTN collects 1,000 houses. This is the largest mortgage machine ever in Indonesia," said BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu through a press release received by VOI editors on Tuesday, November 4.

Prabowo's government with a target of three million houses, namely two million in rural areas and one million in urban areas, even believes that massive housing development can drive higher economic growth.

In addition to actively providing input to the government, BTN also ensures the readiness of its ecosystem with the housing sector, as well as making adjustments to its business processes and operational capacity to support the Three Million Houses program, in line with the transformation that has begun in the past few years, including on the digital side.
