'I'm Not Going To Let You Down': The 20-year-old Has Been Accused Of Being A 'big Deal'

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Firli Bahuri insists the handling of major cases continues to run in the KPK.

Firli said the polemic that occurred due to the failure of 75 KPK employees in the National Insight Test Assessment (TWK) will not interfere with the process.

"We want to make sure that the entire process of investigation, investigation and prosecution must continue so that the ineligible colleagues (TWK) according to the results of the meeting, plenary meeting on May 5, 2021 his duties are given to the leadership," Firli said in a press conference at the Merah Putih KPK building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, May 20.

He ensured that the duties and responsibilities returned by these 75 employees would be arranged by each of his leaders. So that the handling of the case in kpk idak will not be disturbed.

Moreover, the system that runs in kpk called Firli is not individual but all worked together. Therefore, the public does not have to worry about the handling of the case that has stopped.

"We make sure nothing stops, there's never a thing that's too late we make sure," he said.

In addition, Firli revealed that until now it has not taken action against 75 employees who were declared not to have escaped TWK.

"We want to make sure to this day kpk never dismissed, never kpk fired and never thought kpk to stop with respect or disrespect," he said.

A similar statement was also previously delivered by Acting Kpk Spokesman for Enforcement Ali Fikri. He said that currently the work on the deputy crackdown is still ongoing.

"So are programs and activities at other de-government," he said when contacted.

Ali said that the uninterrupted work of eradicating corruption is due to the work patterns in the internal KPK. Because, so far there is no individual work because all activities are carried out as a team by forming a task force (task force).

"The work in kpk throughout the deputy is done no one individually but as a team in the form of a task force led by the head of the team or kasatgas with the control of the director of each directorate as his direct supervisor," he explained.

Previously, the National Insight Test (TWK) was followed by 1,351 KPK employees. Of these, 1,274 were declared eligible.

Meanwhile, 75 employees including Novel Baswedan, Chairman of kpk employee container who is also an investigator Yudi Purnomo, Director of Socialization and Anti-Corruption Campaign KPK Giri Suprapdiono, Kasatgas KPK Harun Al-Rasyid, and Director pjkaki Sujarnarko declared ineligible (TMS). The other two employees were not present in the interview.

The letter signed by KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri and a copy signed by Plh Head of Human Resources Bureau Yonathan Demme Tangdilintin has four points. One of them, instructing employees who do not qualify to hand over their duties and responsibilities to the direct supervisor.
