According to him, the problem of stunting is not only the duty of the government in the regions but all private and state institutions should have the same concern in dealing with these problems.
"The presence of the PKK TP will work together with local governments, in this case, regional apparatus organizations or technical OPDs in handling stunting in 328 villages and four sub-districts," he said.
He explained that the support that can be done in handling stunting is the provision of nutritious food for babies under five years of age or toddlers, as well as for pregnant and lactating women.
"Giving nutritious additional food will be given to toddlers and also pregnant and lactating women through the Posyandu program. We will be directly involved in every Posyandu program in the village," he said.
He hopes that in the future the stunting case in Papua Mountains, especially in Jayawijaya Regency, can be suppressed so that toddlers in this area continue to grow in a healthy environment.
"We hope that the stunting case in Jayawijaya Regency can continue to be handled through various regional government programs and TP PKK in providing adequate nutritional intake for toddlers so that the young generation of this area grows into the golden generation," he said.
