Bali Governor Wayan Koster ensures that road access on Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park in Badung Regency, which was previously walled, can now be used by residents.
Koster confirmed that the handover report (BAST) had been signed using land for the road access of Banjar Giri Dharma residents, Ungasan Village.
"The signing of BAST was carried out at the Jayasabha Building, by the Regent of Badung I Wayan Adi Arnawa and the Board of Directors of PT Garuda Adhimatra Indonesia Erwyanto Tedjakusuma and known to the Governor of Bali," said Governor Koster, Friday, October 31.
The signing of BAST was also witnessed by the President Commissioner of PT Garuda Adhimatra Indonesia Maj. Gen. TNI (Ret.) Sang Nyoman Suwisma.
According to Koster, the handover of the borrow-to-use is the best solution to the polemic of the wall barrier to access residents' houses that has been carried out since last year, so that now the situation in Banjar Giri Dharma can finally return to normal.
The Bali Provincial Government hopes that the signing of the BAST on borrowing and using land will end the polemic between residents and GWK management.
"We hope the situation returns to normal," said the Governor of Bali.

In the BAST, PT Garuda Adhimatra Indonesia as the First Party borrows land in the form of a road to the Badung Regency Government as the Second Party.
BAST also said that land with a width of +4 meters and a length of +450 meters was still owned and controlled by the first party.
"The Badung Regency Government as a second party is only allowed to use the land in question for the benefit of accessing the traffic of the Banjar Giri Dharma community in Ungasan Village," said Koster.
The polemic of the wall of the access barrier for residents' own houses has peaked since the end of September 2025 after being highlighted by the Bali DPRD.
Until finally the Governor of Bali, Wayan Koster, took part and asked the GWK to carry out the demolition starting last October 1, and now to provide certainty for the residents of Banjar Giri Dharma, an agreement was made.
