JAKARTA - A pedestrian man became a victim of mugging at the door of the Cathedral Church, Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta. The incident was caught on CCTV cameras around the scene.
In the video footage, the incident began when the victim was standing on the side of the road playing with his cellphone.
Shortly thereafter, two men suddenly arrived riding a white motorbike approaching from the sidewalk.
Furthermore, the motorbike got closer and the perpetrator immediately took the cellphone that the man was playing with.
During the mugging action, the victim seemed to be trying to run after the two robbers but did not bear fruit.
