Perpetrators Of Persecution In Bidaraacina Stay Neighbored With Victims, Only 2 Months Contracted

The murder suspect with the initials AAS (37) is known to live next door to the victim HJ (42). Both of them got to know after the perpetrator contracted in the Bidara Cina area, Jatinegara, East Jakarta.

"The perpetrator contracted there for only 2 months. Just got to know him there. Both are users," said Jatinegara Police Chief Kompol Samsono when confirmed, Wednesday, October 29, 2025.

According to the police chief, the perpetrator lives near the edge of the river with a rented one on the bottom.

The murder occurred when the perpetrator was shocked by the information provided by his girlfriend who said "That's through".

Based on his girlfriend's information, the perpetrator was surprised that he finally stood up to take the shipwreck weapon in the cupboard.

The perpetrator then followed to the victim's house under the perpetrator's rented house with a distance of about 2 houses.

"The perpetrator told the victim 'where have you been, I'm looking for it and see'. 'you have plunged my sister," said the police chief imitating the perpetrator's question to the victim.

Hearing this sentence, the victim HJ, who was previously in a prone position, was shocked and said 'how do you say? I'm not doing anything'.

"Finally because with a loud tone the victim said so, finally the perpetrator knocked his head and then swung his shipwreck towards his neck with the aim of injuring him," he said.

The perpetrator then swung his gun until the victim was injured. Then the victim grabbed his left neck while bending out but ended up falling face down.

The perpetrator had left the victim and put his kitchen knife in his cupboard.

After that, the perpetrator looked again out and it was seen that someone was helping the victim with her ups. When the perpetrator approached the victim, the victim's friend fled again after seeing the perpetrator's arrival.

"The perpetrator approached the victim again and tried to wake up but didn't wake up," he said.

The perpetrator then fled by motorbike. However, due to many residents, the perpetrator finally left the motorbike he was driving and fled back to the Manggarai area, South Jakarta.

"The suspect is charged with Article 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code concerning persecution that causes death or Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning murder, with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison," he said.
