Initially Asked For A Massage, A Father In Aceh Forced His 17 Year Old Child To Be In The Room

ACEH - The officers of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Nagan Raya Police, Aceh Police arrested a man with the initials SA (41) because he was strongly suspected of raping his own biological child.

"We arrested the perpetrator after the rape case was reported to the police," said Kapolres Nagan Raya AKBP Risno SIK represented by Head of Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Machfud, reported Antara in Suka Makmue, Tuesday, May 18.

According to Kasat Reskrim, the perpetrator of the SA was suspected of committing the crime of rape against his own child with the initials MA (17), by forcing the child to want to serve him.

The perpetrator's mode of raping the child was by asking the victim, MA to massage the perpetrator's body, and then the SA perpetrator forced the victim to serve him.

After venting his lust, the SA perpetrator then ordered the child to come out of the room.

In this case, the police have also examined a number of witnesses for questioning in order to reveal the case.

His party has also carried out a visum et repertum for the victim at the local hospital.

For his actions, the police charged the perpetrators with Article Crime of Rape and Adultery with children as referred to in Article 49 in conjunction with Article 50 or Article 34 of the Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning the Law of Jinayat.

"We are still conducting investigations at the Nagan Raya Police Headquarters intensively in order to be legally accountable for his actions," said AKP Machfud.
