KPK Says 2 Witnesses In The Pertamina Gas Station Digitization Case Confirmed By BPK

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said two witnesses to the alleged corruption case related to the procurement of digitization of public fuel stations (SPBU) at PT Pertamina (Persero) for the 2018 period 2023 were confirmed regarding several things by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) RI.

"Witnesses are here to be confirmed by the state auditors regarding the procurement process," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo as quoted by ANTARA, Sunday, October 12.

Furthermore, Budi explained, the two witnesses were Vice President of Retail Fuel Marketing Pertamina in 2017-2018 Jumali, and someone from PT Amartha Valasindo.

Previously, the KPK revealed that it was starting an investigation into the alleged corruption case related to the gas station digitization project at Pertamina for the 2018-2023 period, namely by summoning a number of witnesses on January 20, 2025.

On the same date, the KPK revealed that the case had gone up from the investigation stage to the investigation since September 2024.

In addition, the KPK also revealed that it had named a suspect in the case, but had not yet announced the amount.

The KPK only announced the number of suspects in the case on January 31, 2025, namely three people.

On August 28, 2025, the KPK revealed that the investigation into the gas station digitization case had entered its final stage, and was calculating the state's financial losses with the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) RI.

On October 6, 2025, the KPK announced that one of the suspects in the gas station digitization case was the same as the suspect in the alleged corruption case in the procurement of electronic data capture (EDC) machines at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia or BRI (Persero) in 2020-2024, namely Elvizar (EL).

Elvizar is known to be the Director of PT Pacific Cipta Solusi (PCS) during the gas station digitization case, and the President Director of PCS in the EDC machine case.
