Perdays And Halodoc Present Solutions For The Supplement Of Iron For Indonesian Women

JAKARTA A nutrition brand from Australia, Perdays, officially established a strategic partnership with Halodoc to present a scientific-based iron supplement solution for Indonesian women. This step was taken following the high prevalence of Anemia Iron Defficiency (Iron Deficiency Anemia/IDA) in the country. Based on data from the 2018 Riskesdas, around 48.9 percent of women of fertile age in Indonesia experience anemia, mostly due to iron deficiency.

Citing its official statement, Saturday, October 11, this collaboration is said to aim to help women in various stages of life, from adolescents, young workers, to pregnant women, get easy access to safe and effective iron supplements through the Halodoc platform. By combining digital health care technology and precision nutrition research from Perdays, this initiative is expected to be able to improve the balance between health, energy, and modern women's beauty.

The flagship product Iron II Glycnate + Vitamin C is claimed to have a high and soft absorption rate in the stomach, so it is suitable for long-term use without side effects such as nausea or constipation. The combination of vitamin C is said to be able to increase absorption four times, helping to maintain energy, immune system, and skin and hair health.
