JAKARTA - The Duke Agung Guillaume was officially crowned as King of Luxembourg at a magnificent ceremony attended by royals and heads of European countries at the Great Palace.

The atmosphere of emotion and pride enveloped the capital when church bells surrounded and hundreds of residents packed the streets outside the palace shouting, Guillaume! Guillaume! The 43-year-old great regent appeared dashing wearing a green army gun with a yellow slit diagonal on his chest.

He appeared on the balcony of the palace accompanied by Grand Duchess Stéphanie wearing an elegant blue dress, as well as their two sons, Prince Charles (5) and Princemen (2), to greet their people.

In his first speech, Guillaume emphasized his commitment to living close to the people of Luxembourg.

I will live the lives of my people. I don't want any distance between us. I will share their joys and sorrows," Guilleum said, citing the legendary speech of the Grand Duchess Charlotte in 1919.

Guilleum also touched on the global geopolitical situation by comparing today's tensions with World War I trauma.

'Monarki has always been a pillar of stability and togetherness in times of crisis. The oath I just took marks an important institutional milestone for our country," he continued.

The inauguration of Guillaume marks the end of Henri's reign (70 years), his father, who has led for 25 years. Throughout the old city of Luxembourg, shops and houses put up royal family portraits and blue banners that read Trounweissel, meaningappropriation in Luxembourg.

Residents like Nefeni Neocleousk (18) looked enthusiastic about the Luxembourg flag attached to the shoulder.

Guilleume studied in France, Switzerland, and Sandhurst Military Academy in England, and has worked in a number of companies in Belgium, Germany, and Spain.

According to Christoph Br\"ul, a historian at Luxembourg University, Guilleume will most likely continue the traditional role of the monarchy, which is a symbol of unity without interfering in politics.
