MEDAN - Four children were killed by waves at Langunei Beach, Tompek Puddle Village, Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency (Madina), North Sumatra. All four victims died from parental neglect.

After the incident police secured the scene. Police temporarily closed Langunei Beach.

"There has been a ban on the community of beach visitors by the Muspika Batahan Subdistrict to avoid the scene," said Yogi.
