Transjakarta bus accident in Cideng, Central Jakarta (@jakarta.terkini)

JAKARTA - One Transjakarta bus unit crashed with a yellow truck in front of the Tarakan Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Cideng Village, Gambir District, Central Jakarta this morning, Thursday 18 September.

This incident was confirmed by the Head of the Public Relations Department and CSR Transjakarta Ayu Wardhani. Ayu said this bus was carrying passengers. Fortunately, this incident did not result in the passenger being injured.

"The bus is in service. No customers were injured in this incident," Ayu told reporters, Thursday, September 18.

It is known that the bus is managed by partner operator Steady Safe with bus code SAF 079. Ayu said this incident occurred at around 05:46 WIB.

This bus, continued Ayu, is passing in Corridor 3 on the Kalideres-National Monument route. On the route to Monas, this bus crosses Jalan Cideng Barat.

Furthermore, Ayu said that currently Transjakarta is coordinating with the police to follow up on the accident.

"It is being investigated in more detail," he said.
