KPK Summons 3 Witnesses Regarding The DJKA Bribery Case Today, One Of Them Is The Deputy Secretary General Of PDIP

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned three witnesses regarding the alleged bribery of the construction of a railway line within DJKA in East Java today, September 15. One of them is Yoseph Aryo Adhi Dharmo, who is the Deputy Secretary General of the PDI-P DPP Secretariat (PDIP).

"The investigation was carried out at the KPK's Red and White building," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to reporters in a written statement, Monday, September 15.

Apart from Yoseph, the anti-corruption commission also examined Linawati, who is the staff of the Coordinator for Land and Train Transportation Procurement of the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) and Zulfikar Tantowi as the Head of the Procurement and Services Section at the LPPBMN Bureau.

Budi has not yet detailed the matter of the examination that will be investigated by investigators. They will only be examined as witnesses.

"The KPK has scheduled an examination of witnesses suspected of corruption related to the construction of railway lines within the DJKA Region of East Java," he said.

Yoseph is known to have been summoned by investigators several times in this case. He was asked to attend August 16, 2024 and July 18, 2024.

At the summons on July 18, 2024, Yoseph admitted that investigators were asked by investigators about the meeting with the Minister of Transportation (Menhub) Budi Karya Sumadi. "Sumadi was called regarding my photo with Pak Budi Karya Sumadi," said Yoseph in a written statement at the time.

In addition, he claimed to be asked about the operation of the Jokowi-Ma'ruf Amin winning team in the 2019 presidential election. At that time, Yoseph was the head of the team secretariat chaired by Erick Thohir before serving as Minister of SOEs and Hasto Kristiyanto as team secretary.

Regarding the meeting with Budi Karya, Yoseph admitted that at that time he reported the operation of the house of aspirations of Jokowi-Ma'ruf volunteers whose address is at Jalan Proklamasi, Central Jakarta.

"Because of the formation of the Aspiration House at the beginning as directed by Erick Thohir as the head of the winning team, the operation of the Aspiration House was handled by Pak Budi Karya Sumadi," he explained.

Previously reported, the KPK again detained three suspects in the bribery case for the procurement and maintenance of the railway line at the Ministry of Transportation's DJKA (Kemenhub). They are the head of a working group (Pokja) in a number of projects.

These three people are Hardho, Edi Purnomo, and Budi Prasetiyo. The determination of the three as suspects is the development of bribes by Dion Renato Sugiarto to the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) within the Semarang BTP.

The bribery case of the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) began with a hand arrest operation (OTT) related to allegations of corruption at the Class I Railway Engineering Center for the Central Java Region. This action was carried out on April 11, 2023.

From the silent operation, the anti-corruption commission then named 10 suspects. Four parties are suspected of being bribers of the Director of PT Istana Putra Agung (IPA) Dion Renato Sugiarto (DIN); Director of PT Dwifarita Fajarkharisma, Muchamad Hikmat (MUH); Director of PT KA Management Properti until February 2023 Yoseph Ibrahim (YOS); and VP of PT KA Management Properti Parjono (PAR).

Meanwhile, those suspected of being recipients are the Director of Railway Infrastructure Harno Trimadi (HNO); Head of the Central Java Railway Engineering Center (BTP) Putu Sumarjaya; Commitment Making Officer (PPK) BTP Central Java Bernard Hasibuan (BEN); PPK BPKA South Sulawesi Achmad Affandi (AFF); PPK for Railway Infrastructure Fadliansyah (FAD); and PPK BTP West Java Synto Pirjani Hutabarat (SYN).

In addition, there are also two suspects who were named on January 22, 2024. They are Yofi Okatrisza as ASN at the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) and former auditor of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Medi Yanto Sipahutar.
