The Bali Province Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) has corrected the number of victims who died due to the impact of the flood from the initial 18 to 17 people.
"There is a correction to the number of one person due to the double recording," said Head of BPBD Bali I Gede Agung Teja Bhusana Yadnya, Friday, September 12.
The correction was explained by the Bali BPBD when receiving a visit from the Minister of Human Rights (HAM) Natalius Pigai who wanted to know an overview of the conditions and handling of flood victims on the sidelines of a working visit to the Island of the Gods.
Teja explained the temporary data as of Friday (12/9) which was updated at 14.00 WITA and confirmed again at 20.00 WITA. The BPBD of Bali Province recorded that the number of victims who died due to flooding reached 17 people and five people were in search.
The details are 11 people died in Denpasar, Jembrana (2), Gianyar (3) and Badung (1).
