JAKARTA - Member of Commission III of the House of Representatives Johan Budi Sapto Pribowo will ask the fate of senior investigator of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Novel Baswedan and 74 other employees who did not pass the National Insight Test (TWK) assessment. He will ask this directly to kpk chairman Firli Bahuri.

This question will be asked during a hearing meeting (RDP) between Commission III of the House of Representatives and the Chairman of the KPK and its ranks after Eid al-Fitr.

"Later of course we will ask in RDP with KPK how, what kind of way out. (The agenda, red) yet but the time when it said eid out. Exactly when, do not know but there will be," Johan told reporters, Thursday, May 13.

He said the 75 employees were neither disabled nor fired. This is in fact in the statement of Acting Kpk Spokesman for The Field of Crackdown Ali Fikri some time ago.

However, he also did not confirm that there would be a dismissal of dozens of employees of the anti-corruption commission. Because, the transfer of employee status after the revision of the KPK Law should not have an impact on those who do not qualify.

Moreover, under the law, a KPK employee should only be dismissed when he or she violates the rules or dies.

"The KPK employee can only be stopped if he violates the code of conduct severely, then commits a criminal offence, then he dies in the world, or resigns. That's what's in the law," said the former KPK Spokesman.

Previously reported, the National Insight Test (TWK) was followed by 1,351 KPK employees. Of these, 1,274 were declared eligible.

Then other employees including Novel Baswedan, Chairman of kpk employee forum who is also an investigator Yudi Purnomo, Director of Socialization and Anti-Corruption Campaign KPK Giri Suprapdiono and 72 other employees were declared ineligible (TMS). While two employees were not present in the interview test.
