From Sukoharjo To Wonogiri, Iwan Lukminto's IDR 510 Billion Assets Confiscated By The AGO

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) confiscated a number of assets belonging to Iwan Setiawan Lukminto, who is a suspect in a case of alleged corruption in granting credit to PT Sritex and its subsidiary.

The Head of the Attorney General's Office, Anang Supriatna, said that the confiscation was carried out in handling the alleged money laundering crime (TPPU).

"This confiscation was carried out on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, which is related to the crime of money laundering," said Anang in his statement, Friday, September 12.

The confiscated assets included 57 parcels of property rights in the name of Iwan Setiawan alias Iwan Setiawan Lukminto in the areas of Banmati, Combongan, Jetis, Kedungwinong, Mandan, and Tanjung, Sukoharjo Regency.

Then, 94 plots of land in the name of Megawati in the areas of Gupit, Jangganngan, Pengkol, and Plesan, Nguter District, Sukoharjo Regency.

"Megawati is the wife of Iwan Setiawan alias Iwan Setiawan Lukminto," he said.

Ada pula, satu bidang tanah Hak Guna Bangunan atas nama PT Sukoharjo Multi Indah Textile Mill di Kelurahan Mojorejo, Kabupaten Sukoharjo.

The confiscation and installation of confiscated signs will also be carried out in stages against assets belonging to the suspect in several areas with details;

1. Sukoharjo Regency: 152 plots of land, a total area of 471,758 m22. Surakarta City: 1 plot of land, area 389 m2 Karanganyar Regency: 5 plots of land, area 19,496 m23. Wonogiri Regency: 6 plots of land, covering an area of 8,627 m2

Of the confiscated assets, it is estimated that the value is IDR 510,000,000,000 or IDR 510 billion.

"The total confiscated assets reached 500,270 m2 or equivalent to 50.02 hectares. The estimated value of the assets confiscated in the four locations is estimated at around Rp. 510,000,000,000," said Anang.
