JAKARTA - Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Logistik (DRL), Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo fought down by filing a pretrial lawsuit at the South Jakarta District Court. The trial is planned to be held next week.

The lawsuit is related to his status which has been named a suspect by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
