Netanyahu Asks Qatar To Expel Hamas Leaders Or Israelis Who Will Do It

JAKARTA - Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asked Qatar to expel or try Hamas leaders in the country or Israel to do so, amid the spotlight over an attack on Palestinian militant group leader Hamas in Doha, Qatar.

Speaking in a English video, PM Netanyahu compared the Israeli attacks to US operations following the September 11, 2001 terror attacks.

"We also have September 11," he said, launching The Times of Israel September 11.

"We remember 7 October. On that day, Islamic terrorists carried out the worst barbarity against Jews since the Holocaust," he continued.

"What has America done after September 11?" asked Netanyahu.

"They promised to hunt down the terrorists who committed these heinous crimes, wherever they are. They also authorized a resolution on the UN Security Council, two weeks later, which stated the government should not provide protection to terrorists," he explained.

Israel follows the approach, Netanyahu claims, accusing Qatar of protecting terrorists, financing Hamas, and giving luxury homes to its leaders.

"So we did exactly what America did while hunting for the al-Qaeda terrorists in Afghanistan and after they left and killed Osama bin Laden in Pakistan," said Israeli Prime Minister.

He also argues that the same countries praising the US for the murder of Bin Laden should be ashamed of themselves for condemning Israel.
