Deputy Chief Of Police Disbursed The Dalang Investigation Method To Riots Action Funders

Deputy Chief of Police, Komjen Dedi Prasetyo, said that Bareskrim Polri was investigating intellectual actors and funders behind the riots that occurred in several areas.

One way is by reviewing and analyzing the information from 583 people who are still being arrested today.

"In-depth studies and analysts are being carried out, who is the intellectual actor, who is the funder, and who is the field operator," Dedi told reporters, Monday, September 8.

It is known, 583 is the number of people who are still being secured today. Meanwhile, the total reached 5,444 people.

"Of the 5,444 that were secured, 4,800 of them have been sent home. So only 583 are currently in process," he said.

Thousands of people were arrested in Bandung, Semarang, Makassar, Medan, and so on.

However, Dedi enforcing the 583 detained does not mean he has the status of a suspect. But it is still in the process of being assessed to determine further steps.

The assessment process was carried out because a restorative justice scheme would be implemented in the detention of their cases.

"Of the 583 is pilah-pilah, which adult is the child. The child is the most important thing. Whether it should be restored justice immediately, it will be assessed by investigators," said Dedi.

National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo emphasized that his party was investigating the figures of actors and donors suspected of being behind the demonstration that led to anarchism in recent times.

"We will draw from the facts on the ground. Starting from the perpetrators, the actors, to who is paying, we will look for everything," he said in Jakarta, Monday, September 1.

Listyo added that the National Police is currently focusing on following up on President Prabowo Subianto's orders to restore post-rustery security and order.
