OKU PPP Solid Ahead 10th Congress, Ready To Oversee Government Programs, And Supports Mardiono As Definitive Chairman

JAKARTA - The PPP Branch Leadership Council (DPC) of Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency affirmed the party's internal unity through the inaugural Branch Working Conference (Muskercab) held in the courtyard of the PPP OKU DPC Secretariat in Tanjung Baru Village, East Baturaja District, South Sumatra, on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

The event was attended by the PPP South Sumatra Regional Leadership Council (DPW), all DPC administrators, the MPC, the OKU Kesbangpol (National Unity and Politics Agency), and OKU Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) members Awal Pajri and Tulus Johan Effendi.

Acting Chairman of the PPP OKU DPC, Aryo Dillah SE, stated that the Muskercab was part of the organizational consolidation mandated by the party's Articles of Association and Bylaws, as well as preparation for the 10th PPP DPP Congress, which will take place on September 27–30, 2025, in Jakarta.

"The PPP Central Executive Board Congress will be held from September 27-30, 2025. The agenda will be the election of the PPP DPP chairman," said Aryo, Monday (August 2, 2025).

Focus on Golden Indonesia and Party Consolidation

The Regional Working Meeting (Muskercab) resulted in three strategic decisions. First, to support the Asta Cita policies and programs of the Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka administration towards a Golden Indonesia 2045.

Second, to encourage the 10th Congress to be held in a peaceful, inclusive manner, and to unite all PPP cadres to face the 2029 General Election.

Furthermore, the third decision concerns the full support of Muhammad Mardiono as the candidate for PPP DPP Chairman for the 2025-2030 period.

"Our support demonstrates the OKU PPP's commitment to maintaining continuity of party leadership and strengthening organizational transformation," he said.

With internal solidarity continuously fostered, the OKU PPP DPC is optimistic that the party will be increasingly prepared to face national political challenges, including targeting seats in the House of Representatives in the 2029 Election.
