JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) has gradually repaired 18 traffic lights (TL) damaged by the chaos that occurred in the last few days.

"There are 18 intersection locations affected by the demonstration. We are gradually making improvements so that they can return to function," said Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) Syafrin Liputo when contacted by ANTARA in Jakarta, Monday.

Syafrin said, several points have returned to function, one of which is in the Jatinegara area. Meanwhile, the Senen intersection and traffic lights at several other points are still in the process of being repaired.

"Alhamdulillah, for the Jatinegara intersection, it is functioning again, while the Senen intersection is still in the process of being repaired and others," he said.

He ensured that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov) would continue to strive so that all damaged traffic lights would return to normal immediately to support the smooth flow of vehicles in the capital city.
