"Then on September 2, 2025, there will be a welcome dinner, and on September 3, 2025 is the opening of the 2025 CHANDI event, which will hopefully be attended by the President," he added.

Secretary General Bambang added that the 2025 CHANDI performance was designed since the Ministry of Culture was born last year. According to him, this is an international event that involves all components from the Ministry of Culture.

"Hopefully in the future this CHANDI event can continue to be carried out, and maybe in its development it can be carried out every year, so that Indonesia will be better known. This will affect the preservation, then development, utilization, as well as cultural diplomacy, so that Indonesia has a clear position in the eyes of the international community, that we are cultural superpowers, we have the strength of more than 1,300 ethnic groups, more than hundreds of thousands of existing cultures, which will certainly have a major effect on the economy and the welfare of our society," said Secretary General Bambang.

The head of the Bali Provincial Culture Office, I Gede Arya Sugiartha, in his speech said that the Bali Regional Government welcomed and gave very high appreciation to the Ministry of Culture for holding the 2025 CHANDI in Bali. According to him, this is one of the largest cultural activities in Indonesia which will be held on the Island of the Gods.

"We are grateful and at the same time provide extraordinary support to the Ministry of Culture, and once again with the existence of the Ministry of Culture.
