Jimmy Rol Tor: Amnesty Hasto And Tom Lembong's Abolition It's Not About Embraces Embraces

JAKARTA - Chairman of the National Leadership Council (DPN) of the Greater Indonesia Task Force (GETAR 08) Prabowo-Gibran, Jimmy Rol Tonar expressed his opinion that granting amnesty to Hasto Kristiyanto and abolition to Tom Lembong was a political intrigue of President Prabowo Subianto. He considered amnesty and abolition as the president's decision to spread happiness to welcome the 80th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia.

According to Jimmy, granting amnesty and abolition is the privilege of a president. So it is natural to do it according to applicable regulations. The recipients have been punished. So that by August 17, 2025, 80 years of Indonesia's independence, some have received amnesty and abolition," he said.

The granting of amnesty to Hasto Kristiyanto and abolition to Tom Lembong has become a hot topic of conversation for the community lately. Both are associated with political figures who became 'against' President Prabowo in the 2024 presidential election. Hasto, the former Secretary General of the PDI-P, promoted Ganjar Pranowo as a presidential candidate. Meanwhile, Tom Lembong is Anies Baswedan's success team. Jimmy said President Prabowo's policy of granting amnesty and abolition to the two figures had a greater goal, namely unity and integrity on the day of independence.
