Inhutani V Commissioner Raffles Brotestes Also Caught OTT KPK But Not Named As A Suspect

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said that nine people were arrested in a hand arrest operation (OTT) related to the alleged bribery of forest area management cooperation, one of which was Inhutani V Commissioner Raffles Brotestes Panjaitan.

Acting (Plt) Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu explained that nine people were arrested during a silent operation on Wednesday, August 13. Raffles was brought by the KPK team from Jakarta.

"In the arrest activity, the KPK secured nine people in four locations," Asep told a press conference at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, August 14.

Apart from Raffles, the KPK also secured Dicky Yuana Rady as President Director of PT Inhutani V; Djunaidi as Director of PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng (PML); Joko as the party of SB Group; Arvin as a staff of PT PML; and Sudirman as a staff of PT PML in Jakarta.

Then in Bekasi, the KPK secured Aditya as the staff of the SB Group licensing staff.

In Depok, continued Asep, the team secured Bakhrizal Bakri as the former Director of PT Inhutani V. Finally, the KPK secured Yuliana as secretary of Djunaidi in Bogor.

As for this case, Asep said that Djunaedi gave money to Dicky's vehicle. In addition, there was also a gift to a commissioner of the state-owned company but the KPK did not specify.

"That next, DJN through brother ARV conveyed to brother DIC that his party had complied with the request of the DIC brother, including giving to one of the Commissioners of PT INH," he said.

This provision was made after Dicky as the President Director of PT Inhutani V accommodated the interests of the Djunaedi company. There are two requests from the private sector, namely the management of 2,619.40 hectares of forest plants in the register area 42 and the management of 669.02 hectares of forest plants in the register area 46.

Previously reported, the KPK appointed the Managing Director of PT Inhutani V, Dicky Yuana Rady; Director of PT Paramita Mulia Langgeng (PML), Djunaedi; and Aditya as the licensing staff of SB Group as suspects for alleged bribery for forest use permits. This determination was made after all three were entangled in a hand arrest operation (OTT) on Wednesday, August 13.

In this silent operation, the KPK confiscated 189 thousand Singapore dollars in cash; IDR 8.5 million; Jeep Rubicon; and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport.

For his actions, Djunaidi and Aditya as the givers, are suspected of committing acts of corruption as regulated in Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b or Article 13 of the Corruption Eradication Law, jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, Dicky as the recipient is suspected of committing a criminal act of corruption as regulated in Article 12 letter a or b or Article 11 of the Corruption Eradication Law.
