JAKARTA - A foreign national (WNA) from the United Arab Emirates with the initials B was arrested by the police after raging at a hotel in the Kalibata area, Pancoran, South Jakarta, Sunday (10/8/2025) afternoon.
The Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Murohih, explained that the incident began at around 14.30 WIB. When he arrived at the hotel in an online taxi, B was assisted by a porter to bring his belongings to the lobby.
However, B suddenly saw his bag open and admitted to losing money. He immediately accused the porter who helped him have opened the bag and taken the money. Porter denied the allegations.

The hotel tried to calm B, but finally contacted the police to evacuate and take the person concerned to the puskesmas for medical treatment.
The police who came to the location then secured B and handed him over to the South Jakarta Immigration Office for further processing.
