TNI Takes Care Of The Prosecutor's Office, Central Java Prosecutor's Office: Avoid Impression Of Difficult Access And Arrogance

JAKARTA - The Central Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) has asked the prosecutor's office services to remain accessible to the public even though there will be security by TNI personnel.

"Avoid the impression that the prosecutor's office services are difficult to access and an arrogant attitude that invites polemics in the community," said Head of the Central Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kajati) Hendro Dewanto in Semarang, Tuesday, as reported by Antara.

He advised the heads of state prosecutors to continue to prioritize attitudes and ethics that are oriented towards humane, accountable and professional excellent service.

According to him, the security carried out by TNI personnel is very strategic considering the dynamics of law enforcement that is so fast.

He explained that threats, disturbances, obstacles, and challenges are very diverse from interested parties.

"Including the potential for attempts to hinder or thwart and influence the legal process being handled by the prosecutor's office," he said.

Therefore, he continued, it is necessary to take careful and responsive measures in accordance with statutory provisions.

Previously, Kodam IV/Diponegoro prepared personnel who would be assigned to carry out security assistance at various prosecutors in various regions in Central Java and DIY.

Pangdam IV/Diponegoro Maj. Gen. Achiruddin said this was a concrete implementation of the follow-up to the involvement of the Kodam unit in the task of assistance.

He explained that the need for personnel and their equipment was based on the needs and dynamics of each region.
